Before You Administer the FEW Survey

This page will walk you through everything you need to confidently launch the FEW Survey. Below, you’ll find administration windows, step-by-step instructions, survey questions, and sample reports so you know exactly what participants will see.

Taking a few minutes to review this information will ensure a smooth rollout and help you set the right tone with those you are surveying.

Administration Windows

Instructions

Complete the registration form
1. On our FEW survey overview page you will find the registration form.
2. You will upload the required spreadsheets and select your preferred administration window.
Complete the survey
1. Each participant will receive a link to share with their students from "noreply-qualtrics@baylor.edu" on their administration window date.
2. You have a two week window from when the link is sent to administer the survey.
Receive the report
1. Student survey reports are shared only with that teacher.
2. School-wide student survey results shared with administrators.
3. Reflection questions available.
