FEW for School Improvement
Feedback | Engagement | Well-being
Do Less, Better
FEW for School Improvement gives school teams the tools and resources to strengthen learning and sustain meaningful improvement.
Overview
- FEW for School Improvement supports feedback, engagement, and well-being for each student and educator. The process begins with the FEW survey, which informs educators’ practice.
- FEW for School Improvement is not an evaluation system, but it can easily be aligned to evaluation. FEW is exclusively for improvement and should not be used for evaluation.
- We currently offer five different FEW surveys for:
- K-12 Students
- Teachers
- Parents
- College students
- Student athletes
The K-12 student survey provides feedback to teachers that are linked to instructional moves. These moves are also aligned to peer observation and coaching feedback tools that will determine growth.
These tools can be used by public and independent schools and adapted to the needs of individual schools, teams, and educators.
